DISCUSSION TOPIC: JINNAH AND MALALA

Some Questions

Who was Mohammed Jinnah and who is Malala Yousafzai?  To what extent can their biographies be used as windows into understanding the history of Pakistan?

How can both Jinnah and Malala be analyzed not just as important historical figures but also as symbols through which the past identity and future direction of Pakistan are debated?
