a)  This Day In US History Calendar

This project will ask you to put together a 2008 calendar that contains many significant events from the American past.  The calendar can either have a generalist orientation or centre on a particular theme.  Talk to me if you would like to substitute a more individualized assignment for the calendar.

b)  Patriots Essay

Recommended Length: 4 pages

An analytical essay based upon Christian Appy's collection of interviews.

c)  Vietnam War/ Iraq War Comparison Grid

An exploration of the similarities and differences between the Vietnam War and the present war in Iraq.
