DISCUSSION TOPIC: AMERICAN POLITICAL PRINTS, 1766-1876

STEP 1

•  Read through the materials at America In Caricature, 1765-1865 from virtual exhibit at Indiana University.

STEP 2

• Browse extensively in the Library of Congress/ Harper's virtual exhibit of American Political Prints, 1766-1876.  Identify at least three interesting cartoons.  We will analyze several of these prints in class.
